Day 10 Post Op
It's amazing to see how seemingly tiny changes in the shape of your nose affect your overall facial balance. I still have some way to go before the face looking back at me in the mirror doesn't seem like someone else's, but I no longer feel like a freak with foreign object attached to her face.
Even though my nose still appears a bit upturned. From the side view pics I took this morning, it looks like the tip went down pretty significantly, and my columella has rounded off a bit. Both are welcome changes.
One the side pics, left nostril seems to be more rounded than the other with more columella show, but I think it may be the angle, cause I don't see it as much in real life. I am happy with how things are progressing for now.

Day 9 Post Op
Looking a bit more refined from the front today. The nose still has to much of a slope for my liking, so continuing to hope that it will straighten out. The rest of my face is looking way better as well, so my fears of aging 10 years from the surgery ended up being unfounded. If anything, I am actually looking a bit too much like a child with my new upturned nose.
Day 8 Post Op
Even though my nose is looking better today, my feelings about it a bit more ambivalent. It's a nice little nose on it's own, but looks like a foreign object on my face at the moment. Obviously, there is still a ton of swelling and too soon to judge, so I gonna trying to keep my cool.
