From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands the contact before my trip was perfectly organized, and the coordinator answered all my questions quickly, patiently, and in great detail. Thanks to this, the whole process was much less stressful for me. Importantly, I traveled for the procedure on my own, but I never once felt unsupported. The organization on site was top notch from transfers, to accommodation, to care at the clinic. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, which gave me a great sense of safety. The surgeon made a huge impression on me with his knowledge, calmness, and approach to patients. He thoroughly explained how the procedure would look, what results could be expected, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. I am currently two weeks post-operation and I can already see a beautiful result, my nose looks very natural and fits my face perfectly. The recovery has been smooth and without any issues. Overall, I evaluate the entire experience extremely positively, full professionalism, an individual approach, and excellent care at every stage.
