Highly Professional Team with Excellent Results

My surgical experience at Vanity Bosphorus / Çengelköy was truly a very positive and reassuring journey for me. I had brow lift and fox eyes surgery performed by Dr. Can Zeliha Gül, and rhinoplasty performed by Dr. An?l. From the very beginning until the end of the process, I felt completely safe and well cared for.
From the first consultation, my doctors listened to me very patiently. We talked in detail about all my expectations and every question I had in mind. The entire pre-operative process, including what to expect during and after surgery, was explained very clearly and transparently. This made me feel very comfortable and confident going into surgery.
After the operation, the room I stayed in and the overall service quality were truly very comfortable and premium. The entire hospital staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. I stayed in the hospital for one day after the surgery, and I was discharged only after both of my doctors completed their final checks.
Even after I left the hospital, the care and follow-up continued. I was invited back for a control appointment one week later to monitor my healing process. During this time, Ms. Ya?mur, the patient experience coordinator I communicated with via WhatsApp, responded to all my questions very quickly and professionally. She managed the entire process extremely well.
During the follow-up appointments, my doctors explained every detail I needed to pay attention to in order to ensure a healthy and fast recovery. Their approach and attention throughout the process gave me great confidence.
Overall, I believe Vanity Bosphorus is a highly professional and patient-focused hospital with both its medical team and staff. Like many patients coming from both Turkey and abroad, I had an excellent experience.
