11 month update upturned nose

Hi Everyone who needs some information about my nose or your own rhinoplasty progress.
After panicking, hating my decisions and falling in love with my old pictures/nose...
After realizing that it actually went down a lot and looking more like my old nose ...
after actually still kinda having questions about my big ass nostrils that show too much ...
I’m now where I’m just good and actually happy about my results.
Even a lot of days my nose still gets swollen ( especially in the mornings and after a lil drink or sport)
My nose looks good for me.
I’m accepting it and it’s still getting better and better ...
a lot of other patience who had their Nosejob they say it’ll still go down and get smaller after 1years 6 months ...
So... that’s good news right ?
If it’s now so much better than it’ll be perfect in a while ?
The only thing I noticed along the way is ...
I have a little bump on one side...
well I don’t really mind but I preferred not to have it.
What do you think and are you less concerned with your upturned nose when you see my progress ?
Wish I had an example to see when I was panicking lol.
But I’m over my depression. Everything is fine now.

Wow so amazing! What a nice difference. Your nose settled so beautifully!! Thank you for updating us. I just got my nose done 3 weeks ago and I'm going through something similar. My nose is so upturned, it's the only thing bothering me about my new nose. It concerns me but I have to keep reminding myself it'll be okay. After seeing your post, I am much more hopeful! I appreciate you sharing your journey!
Thank you for showing this. It let me know how long of a process this might be. my depression/stress has increased a little because I have the same issue, only mine is even more upturned and my upper lip is even longer. I'm afraid only a revision rhinoplasty will help and that will have to be 6 mo- 1 year down the line. I don't understand why surgeons do this to us. Do they not realize how bad it looks on the table?

Thank you so much for sharing your story and enough pictures to really see the progress, I just had my rhinoplasty, I wanna cry so much, but can’t, my holes are so big and obvious and you can see inside my nose, I really hope it settles down.. I don’t want to have a revision rhinoplasty… but your pictures really calmed me down a little bit.
You give me some hope because im down .thanks
Do you think is the space between your lips and nose become longer than before or its not ?

Upturned nose update 4-5 months

Hi, this is my 4-5 months post up. I hope this picture will show how much my nose changed in meantime... it went down so much... It's not upturned anymore or 'piggy'
Also my face changes... My smile too.
I'm still happy with my rhinoplasty...
I hope everything stays okay.
Trying to post as many sides ( selfies ) I have.

Your nose looks really nice, and your tip lowered so fast! Mine is still very high at 5-1/2 weeks. Thanks for your review and posting so many helpful pictures.
I just got my cast off yesterday.. (7 days post-op) haven’t stopped crying because my tip is so upturned and looks unnatural. I had a similar situation where my surgeon’s assistant was telling me it’ll drop and the surgeon himself was just trying to convince me it wasn’t upturned! Your posts are helping me sleep at night honestly so thank you so much, you’re an angelll! I saved this link to come back here everytime I stress/get upset about it, i’ll probably end up posting my progress too so let’s see if tip comes down/changes!
