My Heart is Broken Forever

My heart is broken forever. I was saving money for ages to aford this procedure. Ever since young age I didn't like my nose and when I finaly got a chance to change it, the surgeon took off an excessive amount of cartilage leaving me with a hollow nose and no definition to it, thus making it worse then before. When I complained, all I could hear is the surgeon saying how happy he was totally disregarding my comments. The staff were also very rude and non accomodating.
I would never recommend this practice.
