Mr Gary Ross and his team were excellent from the moment I booked my consultation. I could not recommend him enough, I was kept well informed and really made aware of what to expect in terms of recovery and healing.
As I have had previous surgery in my childhood on my nose, I was concerned about not just the appearance of my nose but my breathing difficulties. After just 1 week post-surgery, I could already tell there was a huge improvement with my breathing, sleeping and snoring. I also had virtually no bruising on my face and the pain was minimal (paracetamol occasionally for 1 week)
Gary really listened to what I didn’t like about my nose and helped me to understand the full range of aesthetic results and how this would look on my face with my nose. I was concerned about not looking like myself or feeling like somebody else - I can safely say that there was nothing to be concerned about. I still look like me - just an improved version. My family have commented that my nose post-surgery actually makes me look younger, and looks like how my nose used to be when I was younger (as it grew larger & my septum had bent over time).
Most my work colleagues have not noticed I’ve had surgery on my nose, as I only told a handful of people before I had 4 weeks leave pre-surgery. Those I did tell, are super impressed with the subtlety of the change but say the result overall enhances my face dramatically.
Those I didn’t tell have mentioned how much they like my new haircut and how much it suits me. (See photos for fringe) When I have told them about the surgery they are completely shocked and can’t remember what my old nose was even like.
In a nutshell, I hated my old nose and my new one is way better. I would do it all again if I had to.
