Not Great for Ethnic Noses

He seems to be a good surgeon but not skilled on ethnic noses. I'm pretty unhappy with my result. Not sure if he just doesn't have a good technique for ethnic noses/ thick skin But I looked like a pig for much of my recovery. I didn't see this result on other ethnic people with thick skin who went to different surgeons. So I don't know what he did. He does seem to be a skilled surgeon just not great for ethnic rhinoplasty.
