Grateful I Chose Dr. Nima!

UPDATED FROM Tworthy8049

2 Year Update

I am so happy with my nose! I've reached the 2-year mark and wanted to share in case this will help anyone.
I did not have surgery with Dr. Nima to achieve a perfect nose; I had surgery with him to achieve a beautiful, elegant, and feminine nose, one that I could breathe better through (I like running and would have trouble breathing through my nose on longer or more intense runs). I can say 2 years later, I have the nose I had always wished I'd had! And my breathing has - 0 - problems when I run. I also noticed I breathe better when I'm laying in bed about to go to sleep. Overall I received an aesthetic and functional improvement from Dr. Nima, and I'm so glad I had surgery with him!
You'll notice my nostrils are different. This is the same as when I was pre-surgery, although the shape of my nose is sooooo much better now. I am fine with this asymmetry, although Dr. Nima has offered to achieve more symmetry with fillers or surgery. Maybe I will someday? To be honest, it doesn't bother me. I am a very stubborn person, and I think our bodies are holistic - if I'm stubborn, my flesh is stubborn, so even though Dr. Nima gave me 5 hours of surgery time and did his absolute best (perfectionist!) my body insisted on keeping the asymmetry. That's fine with me :)
Overall, my nose is so straight, I love the lines, and I feel much more confident now in daily life. This wasn't for anyone else, it was for me - and my confidence in my appearance has greatly increased after the surgery. What a wonderful outcome and I thank God I found Dr. Nima!!!

1 Year Post-Op Update!

It's been 1 year since my septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Nima, and I am sooo joyful regarding my results!
Dr. Nima and his team have been there for me every step of the way. Dr. Nima answered all questions that popped up over this past year, and just knowing he is there to answer questions or assuage anxieties has been tremendously helpful.
If I could do things over again, I would change nothing - still would go to Dr. Nima, and would not want ***anyone*** else touching my nose. Dr. Nima is excellent, and I am so grateful to God for allowing me to find Dr. Nima and have surgery under his care! Bravo, Dr. Nima and EOS team :))

Your nose looks great! Thanks for the recommendation, best wishes
Thank you so much! Yes, I highly recommend Dr. Nima. One year later and my nose makes me so happy. Very glad I had surgery with him! Wish you the best as well :)
Well I’m scheduled for a revision in January with him now! Glad to hear all the positive things :)
That's great to hear - I truly believe you are in the best hands for a revision surgery. Part of why I picked Dr. Nima was because he regularly does revisions (so I knew my primary would definitely not be a problem for him).

Also, Dr. Nima will be there for you, long after the surgery... I know even today if I have a question, I can send him or EOS a message, and they will follow up so quickly. Wishing you all the best for your surgery!

7.5 Mo. Post-Op

Hey All! Here are before-and-after pictures, 7 1/2 months post-op. I am very happy with my results. I love how my nose looks extremely like the morph pictures Dr. Nima created during my consult, if not exactly.
My nose is not perfect - no nose is perfect, whether before or after rhinoplasty. I couldn't capture great detail in my pictures because I have a cruddy phone camera (my apologies :( ), but I still 100% would do my surgery over again given the choice, and with Dr. Nima.

The left side of my nose has very slight divots. It has to be harsh lighting at a certain angle, and even then my family can't see them (only me). I can feel them when I run my finger along my left side. Dr. Nima knows about this and he will check on it at my 1-year post-op consult.

I had a bit of nostril assymitry post-op, but it is resolving well and I really like how my nose has turned out. I hope this update helps you all... it really is a process / journey, and takes time!
