Scars post rhinoplasty

I dislike the scars left behind after rhinoplasty, d/t the nostril reduction.
Functionally nose is okay. Profile view is okay (besides scars) .
He did offer to do laser and dermabrasion afterward to help with scars. Laser has not helped too much, from my opinion. Too scared to try dermabrasion at this point .
