Revision rhinoplasty and the grafts collapsed

ORIGINAL POST

I had a revision rhinoplasty and the grafts collapsed. This provider and his nurse Christine did not want to know about it or deal with it and basically he told me I'm dismissed . I went to another provider who was really nice to me and helped me out. Be warned, if something goes wrong this provider will abandon you even though you are a patient. I think he actually left and went on a cruise.

Response from Dr. Pearlman:
Due to HIPPA, we can't address any one patient’s issues. I don't go on vacation the night of surgery, which is when any complications might arise that require immediate attention. I also have a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon on call if anything does occur, and nothing has in 32 years of practice. As for the results, since we cannot discuss your specific case, please feel free to post your before and after photos and let the RealSelf community decide if your nose was improved or not.

Sorry to hear your experience. That's awful. Would you be open to posting pix here of your before / after? Did your breathing suffer as a result?
Yes, I have not been able to breathe .
