I had a I had an amazing experience start to finish.

I worked mainly with the front desk person, the Didem, who led me through all the signage and filings that were necessary. She was also my translator during most, if not the entire process, and she was abolutely amazing. She has really good English, and I'm not talking just basic conversational or just knows how to say a few phrases. You'll feel heard and understood which was and is huge for me.

She really helped me through the entire process. She made the entire thing easy. They picked me up. They dropped me off.

They had time frames set out days in advance. There's never a moment where I was unsure of what the next steps would be. They answered all my questions promptly through WhatsApp and over the phone. I really can't say anything more about the customer service and the treatment that I was given. Now onto Fatih Mehmet Hanege, MD.

When I went in, he listened to exactly what I had to say about what I was looking for in regards to the cosmetic surgery. I wanted to slim my nasal bridge and then do some changes in regards to my nasal tip rotation and overall size of the nose protrusion. He listened. He didn't interject with things that were irrelevant. I showed him pictures.

And then all after the fact, after the entire surgery, I look even better, in my opinion, than the pictures I showed him. I cannot thank this person more. This was one of the greatest experiences of my entire life. If you're looking to do plasti surgery, please do your research.
