I get compliments all the time and no one knows I had nose surgery

I flew from America to Turkey for rhinoplasty with Dr. Kucuker. I was picked up from the airport by their services with a Canadian who was also there to see him for a rhinoplasty the same day as me. They set me up in a hotel within walking distance to his clinic in a very nice area of Istanbul. I was somewhat nervous about if the results I wanted were possible, cute but still very natural looking but upon seeing the noses of everyone who worked in his clinic, I was put at ease. My hospital experience was also very good. The nurses were very attentive. The day after surgery I was scared of my results. My nose tip looked way too high up and lifted and made my lip look really far down my face. I thought I looked terrifying. And a week after he took my splint off I felt the same. He told me he thought there was a 1% chance I would want a revision. He turned out to be correct. About 2 weeks later my nose started to look more normal. And it wasn't just me my friends family saw a big difference in swelling from when I first got back to a month or two later. Its been 8 months since. Now I get compliments on my nose all the time and no one knows. A coworker told me randomly I have the most perfect nose shape out of nowhere. I was really unsure with my results at first from him but they are exactly what I wanted and practically identical to the reference images I showed him. All the transformations on his instagram live up to the hype.
