Flat and Wide Nostrils and Deviated Septum

UPDATED FROM Lua79

Rhinoplasty one month post-op

My nose is still sore and I still feel some numbness on the tip. I'm still wearing the taping on it to help with the swelling. I continue washing inside with a solution to help loosen any hard crust and help clean since it's still painful to blow my nose. It still feels a bit plugged when I inhale but exhaling is just fine. Will see how ir goes. The taping will be removed tomorrow.

Flat and Wide Nostrils

My nose always bugged me for its look. I always hated the wide nostrils specially when I smiled. I decided to look into surgery to get the nose I always wanted. I did some research and found a doctor in Fortaleza (Northeast) Brasil and decided to do my surgery with him.

I did all the pre-op tests to make sure I was healthy to go through surgery, where I found out I also had a deviated septum which Dr Erico would also correct during surgery. On February 14th I underwent rhinoplasty surgery.
Everything went well. It's been 6 days and the recovery has been easy so far.

My face was pretty swollen the first 2-3 days and my eyes were black. The Doctor pre-scribed pain medication and antibiotics and a solution to wash the nostrils 6x daily.

Linfatic massages helped a lot. I'm excited to get through the healing process to see the final results.
