I knew when I clicked on this that the surgeon wouldn't be in Turkey. The piggy Instagram noses that collapse after a year are becoming so tiresome to look at. Excellent work - the nose suits you perfectly as well! Do post an update later this year as you probably still have some swelling now. Love it!
