Excessively poor result and poor treatment (1.5 yr post-op)

I had seen Dr. Eyup Bozkurt online and chosen him without further research (my own ignorance and naivety). I flied to Istanbul, met Dr. Eyup, and asked for a natural nose. Only slightly upturned with a little slope. After cast removal, I remember I was feeling devastated because my nose bridge was so carved out. There was such a deep slope and it was so unnatural. The tip was so high too. Dr. Eyup told me the tip will drop. After 1.5 years, the tip dropped a little but it’s still very unnaturally high. The slope on my bridge has become even more apparent and my nose looks so unnatural. I have insistent swelling even after all this time and it’s mostly uneven, that’s why my nose looks asymmetrical. I still hope this asymmetry is caused by the swelling only, but I know this is not the case. Because I can feel the asymmetries in the bones and cartilages too. There are still bumps and lumps all over my nose and I think they will be permanent.
The surgery team also broke my tooth and they didn’t even realize it. This, too, shows the level of harshness and recklessness I was exposed to.
My doctor Eyup hasn’t suggested anything to help with the swelling, lumps, bumps or anything. No cream, massage or taping, no control, no tips on how to heal correctly and rapidly. He removed the plastic cast and that was all. No communication after the cast removal even when I tried to reach them. I had terrible pain the day after the surgery and they didn’t even respond that day.
I believe this lack of aftercare is a big part of my bad result, and we could at least minimize these excessive issues if my doctor had suggested some proper care to deal with swelling, lumps, asymmetries, and all.
I know I wouldn’t be able to change this unnatural result with any kind of aftercare but I could at least eliminate this abnormal problems.
I don’t know if Dr. Eyup is really able to achieve good results for some patients or if he really cares about some of his patients, and I don’t know if his personnel is truly responsive to some patients. All I know is that my result is excessively bad, and they weren’t caring, responsible or responsive towards me at all.
