From my very first consultation to my post-operative care, my experience with Dr. Bora and his entire team has been outstanding.

Choosing a rhinoplasty surgeon was one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made. I wasn’t looking for a trendy nose or a dramatic transformation : I wanted a surgeon who truly understood facial harmony, respected my ethnic identity, and had the judgment to know how much to change and, more importantly, what not to change. Dr. Bora exceeded every expectation.

What impressed me most is that his expertise goes far beyond technical skill. He is an incredibly thoughtful surgeon whose decisions reflect a deep understanding of facial aesthetics. Every recommendation felt intentional, measured, and tailored to my unique features. He has the rare ability to combine surgical excellence with artistic vision while remaining remarkably conservative in the best possible way. Rather than creating a “standard” nose, he enhances what is already there. That level of restraint requires confidence, experience, and genuine mastery.

I also appreciated how patient he was throughout the process. He listened carefully, answered my questions honestly, and never made me feel rushed. His calm demeanor and kind heart immediately inspired confidence. It was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me, not simply performing another surgery.

From the coordinators to the nurses, everyone was professional, organized, warm, and incredibly responsive. Communication before my arrival was excellent, and throughout my stay I always knew what to expect. Every question I had (before and after surgery) was answered promptly and with kindness. Even during moments of anxiety in the early recovery period, I never felt dismissed. Their support made a significant difference.

The surgical experience itself was seamless. Every aspect of the process felt well coordinated, efficient, and reassuring. You can tell this is a team that works together every day with a high level of professionalism.

Although I’m only a few days post-op, I have already had my cast removed, and I can honestly say something I hoped I would be able to say, my biggest wish :
I simply feel like the best version of myself.
I don’t feel like I have a different face. I still look like myself… but hotter! My nose looks refined, elegant, and harmonious without looking “done.” It respects my features and my identity, which, to me, is the hallmark of an exceptional rhinoplasty.

I know there is still swelling, and I understand the final result will continue to evolve over the coming months. But if this is only the beginning, I am incredibly excited for what is to come.
