Sincerely, I'm afraid of hospitals and have general anxiety, but the whole team was incredibly comforting to me the entire way. It took me a while to find the right surgeon, but I'm glad I did because I found them! Even after looking through my local area and internet resources, I was unable to locate what I was looking for. At that point, I discovered my abcmedlife. My face was perfectly shaped after the procedure, which went really well. I felt so confident and reassured about this important decision to have my nose fixed by him and his team.
Not only was everything expertly planned, but they also maintained excellent professionalism and communication. They held my hand when I was nervous and gave me clear instructions and expectations for every step of the process. From choosing the ideal shape for me, to taking care of my general health issues, scheduling consultations, and providing instructions for both before and after surgery and recovery. Everything exceeded my expectations by a huge margin. The staff was really helpful and kind.
