If you want your nose to droop down after 2 years of rhinoplasty, then I recommend!!!!!
I am truly disappointed with my results. Initially, I had a very big nose with hump that would hang down from both angles and made me look very masculine. I chose Dr. Sinno as my surgeon as I was very impressed how natural his work was. I was hoping for the same for my case unfortunately it wasn't. I wanted my nose to be smaller and for my nostrils not to show from any angle. My nose tip was also very thick, wide and droopy and I asked for the tip to be small with, again, ( no nostril show from the front). My needs weren't met. After spending $10,500, my nose looks the same just a smaller version of it with no hump. Also to mention, my nose tip is also VERY CROOKED and I CANT BREATH THROUGH MY RIGHT NOSTRIL! All of this has made me depressed and I am now self conscious about my "new nose". I want to hide my face. I am now seeking a revision with another doctor to fix this mess up. All of this was brought up to Dr. Sinno but he was quite dismissive about my concerns and said "I look better than before " " & "theres a huge difference ". He didn't really want to hear me out. Which was very disappointing. If y'all have a very strong ethnic nose with a droopy tip, please seek somewhere else who frequently specializes in it. That's all.
