I Had the Best Dr. in the World!

If I could give all the stars and more on Dr. David Gilpins behalf I would. I am over the moon about the Rhinoplasty procedure that he did for me. He has such positive energy in the office. He was also fast and efficient in getting me scheduled for surgery. I feel so very blessed to have found Dr. Gilpin. He has literally changed my life by giving me a look that I am super confident about and by totally exceeding my expectations for this procedure. Dr. Gilpin is the best, not just in Nashville, but overall, the best plastic surgeon. I would absolutely recommend him to ANYONE!

I am doing great at about 8 weeks post OP! I really love seeing my new nose, and honestly I can't believe that i ever looked the way i did before! He did such a natural job on it, that all of my imperfections are corrected, but it doesnt look so fake that people can even tell that I've had surgery! But, as you can see in the pics, i definitely got a transformation as well!

When I look at old pictures, and compare them to my now new Bose, I can not believe how amazing and how different my new Nose is. It is the biggest improvement and I can't wait for it to get even better with time, as they say it takes up to 1 year for total results. I would recommend this procedure and my surgeon as I have been very very pleased.
