Dr. Sajjadian is a surgical artist!

This review is long overdue. I had my rhinoplasty/septoplasty procedure in February with Dr. Sajjadian. I did tons of research and had 7 other consults with rhinoplasty experts all over southern CA before I decided to go with him. One of the reasons I chose him is because his approach to rhinoplasty is unique and artistically meticulous. He's truly a perfectionist that doesn't have a cookie cutter approach to surgery and has a great eye for what kind of nose will bring about your own unique sense of beauty, facial harmony and balance. I also chose him because his staff (especially Maricella) is amazing and were very supportive from the start. Maricella guided me through every step of the process and took her time to alleviate my concerns and answer all my questions no matter how annoying or repetitive they were.

As for the procedure itself, it was pretty straightforward and not as nerve wracking as I thought it would be. My only complaint is that the anesthesiologist that I was originally introduced to did not show up on the day of my procedure and someone else took his place.

When my new nose was revealed, I was initially a bit shocked but it has now been nearly six months since then and my results are better than I ever could've imagined. The only side effects I've experienced have been dark under eyes and uneven swelling but according to Dr. Sajjadian these will go away once I'm fully healed (up to a year post op). Anyway, I'm so so happy I chose Dr. Sajjadian to do my surgery.
