Can anyone tell me how much they were quoted, as I’m booked in and I’ve been told it’s 4500euro just for the rhinoplasty and I have seen other people seemed to be saying it’s 2800? Thanks

Anas needs to get a lesson in customer service. I booked a flight and hotel for my wife’s surgery and I was concerned since her surgery was a week away and they did not provide any instructions or protocols like most surgeons do. They should have provided something to let patients know what they should avoid taking a few days before surgery. There are certain vitamins and medications that should be avoided before going under. I was very concerned and started digging into this doctor more and we started asking their office person Anas questions.

They told my wife that the initial and only surgery consultation is hours before the actual surgery time and that she can’t meet Dr. Firat before that. She asked why not and they told her that this is his protocol. What type of protocol is this? So basically you meet the doctor that’s supposed to operate on your face for the first time a couple hours before your surgery and just before you go under the table. I’ve never seen such a protocol before.

Both my wife and I need to feel confident that he can do the job. Is it not normal to talk to your doctor about what kind of outcome we want and to make sure he can perform and create it ahead of time and not the day of the surgery. This didn’t make any sense to us.

After asking his assistant, Anas, several questions about protocols and asking to see the doctor a few days before her surgery date she got rude and and defensive and didn’t even apologize. She commented in a rude sarcastic way that “we can’t read English” and that she already sent us everything and that it was clear. If it was so clear then why would we be asking questions.

They don’t care about their patients. I regret wasting our time with these unprofessional people. They wouldn’t even give back the deposit. No way would I let my wife go under the knife with these people. All I can say is choose your doctor wisely. It’s your face and your life. If their office doesn’t care about your concerns then it’s not the right doctor for you.
