How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Rhinoplasty with Dr Ismail Kucuker
Writing this review 2 years after the surgery with the purpose to prevent anyone else to go through what I did. These last 2 years have been the hardest.
The consultation with Dr Ismail Kucuker was not more than 10 minutes. He checked the inside of my nose, said that I was suitable for rhinoplasty. When I asked how he was going to do the front of my nose he said "leave that to me" and I constantly felt like I should leave his room asap. Young and naive me saw the red flags but didn't listen to them... What's more scary is that there was another guy sitting in a chair in the room, the dr didn't even introduce him, he was not a nurse or smth, got no idea who he was. That's also why I didn't feel comfortable to keep asking my questions. Surgery passed, I flew back to my town and the cast was taken off. I immediately saw that my nose look really wide. Asking the dr he said "I was scared you wouldn't be able to breath so I didn't touch the width, but if you don't like it I'll fix it after 6 months". Alright that sounded okay to me. 6 months passed I flew to the city to meet the dr. To this point I never liked the nose I had cause it looked so big and wide. The proportions of my nose was just so unnatural. The minute I walk in to the room the dr and his nurse try to rush me out. Me waiting patiently for 6 months for this keep asking him that the front looks odd and that I initally asked for the nostrils to be smaller. Thats when he said "look this is the best outcome, God created you this way, don't expect anything else". Me in a shock just left the room at that point and honestly I went straight to the bathroom of the cafe of the hospital and cried my heart out. I knew what a big mistake this was and that I had to live with this nose that I can't even stand looking at. The fact that the dr insulted me made me so furious. I don't recommend him at all. His postop care is a complete lie. Now after 2 years I had a revision with a completely different type of surgeon whom made me once again realise Dr Ismail Kucuker does not understand noses at all. I contacted him again 1.5 year postop asking what he thinks cause my nose clearly had deformities both in the bridge and the tip. This time he replied "My nose has deformities too i live with it it's not that big of a deal". I'm not sharing pictures out of privacy reasons. He deletes bad reviews on the internet I've heard from others too. No one deserves to get their nose botched and be treated like he treated me. Please take this review into consideration.
