Dr. Hanege is GOD SENT
Dr.Hanege is GOD SENT! I couldn't be happier with my results. I am so happy I came across him and his wonderful team. The hotel, office, and hospital were all amazing. I got a rhinoplasty in Feb 2023, and I wanted to wait atleast 6 months before completing this review. I'll try not to make it too long.
I came across Dr. Hanege on social media and immediately something stood out to me. All of his work was individually crafted to create the best look for the patient. It didn't look like he did the same nose on everyone and I really loved that. I reached out and was connected to Rula.
Rula was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She answered all of my questions, followed up in a timely manner and was super nice in person. She gave me great recommendations on things to do in Istanbul and she made me want to stay even longer. She is someone I will never forget. After my consult with Rula and Dr.Hanege I knew he was the best choice for my procedure. He was very honest and realistic with me. He listened to everything I asked for and executed perfectly. I am more and more in love with my results everyday. One thing I noticed from the staff is they are very realistic with their patients. They will give you all of your options and explain the pros and cons of each. I could tell they are interested in ensuring everyone leaves happy with their decisions. I really wanted a doctor who would listen and provide me with excellent care and I got that.
After the procedure the nurses took great care of me in the room and even assisted me with changing. Dr. Hanege visited me the next morning and showed me my results. Because I had to use rib cartilage the first 2-3 days post op were slightly painful but not unbearable. I followed after care instructions well and made sure to get a lot of rest afterwards. I recommend really listening to your body.
The first month after surgery was an adjustment. There was significant swelling and I struggled with wanting to be seen in public. However once I got to month 2 I started to enjoy my results a lot more.
Now in month 7 I couldn't be happier. One thing I wish I did more of is consistently wearing my retainer for the full amount of time that was stated. It does make a difference in the sizing of your nostrils and I definitely could have been better at this.
Overall I would give Dr.Hanege 10 stars if I could. He's an amazing doctor!
Also sidenote - I've been many places but the care and hospitality in Istanbul is truly excellent. The staff in my hotel made tea for me every morning in my room without me even asking because they knew I wasn't feeling the best. I can't wait to visit again.
