Dr. Griffin Is Simply The Best - I Love My Nose!

Here are a few updated photos. This is now 9 weeks after surgery. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone interested in choosing Dr. Griffin.
I can tell the tip of my nose is still healing because it's still a bit numb when I "scrunch" my face. It continues to get less numb each week.
I still am very pleased with my nose and chin.

I LOVE MY NOSE! That is something I never would have said until my procedure with Dr. Griffin. Dr. Griffin performed a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation for me six weeks ago. I *could not* be happier with my results and with the entire experience.
For years, I have hated my profile. My nose had a bump on it and the tip was round and droopy. It was just an unattractive nose - bottom line. I also had a weak chin and wanted it to be more prominent. I had thoughts that many probably have like: I am nice looking, but if x and y were changed, I'd be even better. And here is what I found out: Dr. Griffin makes those desires a reality. He has made me look the way I wanted to look in my mind and I am more grateful than I could ever say.
For my wedding photos and later, professional photos with my children, I told the photographers to not take photos of me from the side, or if they did, to photoshop the bump from my nose. I literally sought out a wedding photographer who was an expert in photoshop for this exact reason. And now - my profile is my favorite angle!
The staff at Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery are excellent. My appointments were efficient and pleasant. The surgery staff were *outstanding*. They were absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind and caring. They will take amazing care of you.
My recovery was enjoyable - seriously! I had a week off from work, had practically no bruising, very minimal pain and was only taking Tylenol by day 3. I would do the procedure again without question. It is worth the time and it is worth every penny!
Perhaps an even more compelling testament to Dr. Griffin's exceptional skill is the fact that my husband booked a rhinoplasty consultation the day I came home with the bandage off. This is not hyperbole. Here is a man who had never even said he disliked his nose. But he thought mine looked so wonderful that he wanted to have Dr. Griffin work his magic on him, as well. And keep in mind my husband was this impressed despite how swollen my nose was 1 week post-surgery! He just had the procedure and will get his bandage off in a few days! His experience has been exceptional, as well.
I rave about Dr. Griffin to anyone who will listen. If you want a surgeon who is an *expert* at faces, he is your doctor. You will not find better. He is kind, empathetic, and above all, exceptionally competent and skilled at what he does. I am so grateful that I found him. If you don't live in Minnesota, he is worth traveling for.
I cannot thank Dr. Griffin enough. I love my nose, I love my profile, and I love how I look. As I said above, he made me look the way I imagined I could look, and that is invaluable.
I have posted some photos showing my recovery during the past six weeks since the procedure. I will post additional photos around the three month mark when the swelling at the tip will be mostly healed. I'll post more at the one year mark, too. I know former patients' photos really made a difference in my decision to choose Dr. Griffin, so I think it's important to share mine. I've discovered how fun it is to take selfies with a nice nose :-)
