3weeks post-op. Still some swelling in the tip but getting better
I still have swelling especially in the tip. The swelling is worse in the other side but anyhow im satisfied!!! I can breathe through my nose better than ever before and my nose looks very natural. I asked the doctor to remove my bump and lift my tip a bit and I think thats exactly what I got. Here are some update pics which i took now just after waking up I also added before pics for comparison. I will add some photos again when I have reached the 3month mark

Lol it looks like my review was cut off in the middle. I was just saying that the assistants were so nice and helpful and the hospital was great, clean and very modern, even tho most of the nurses didnt speak English. The doctor also seemed very professional. Would recommend!
5 days post op we took our splint and tampons off and my nose looked soo cute!! I already posted the table pics which i think were nice, and i a will post more pics as soon as i get to take off the tapes from my nose!! ????

Rhinoplasty with Dr Fahrettin Yilmaz
My and my friend went to turkey to have a rhinoplasty with prof. Fahrettin Yilmaz. We could find many reviews of him so I wanted to share my experience to help others who are researching him!
On the first day we went to the hospital to take blood tests and covid tests and we met with an anesthesiologist. After that we went to a consultation, where the doctor made a 3D simulation of our future noses. My friends nose turned out great but my simulation pics where awful from the front, so I got Little nervous. The doctor said that my nose will turn out better than in the 3D morphs, so i tried to trust him. The doctor had quoted us a price between 2800-3300 euros and in the consultation he said that the price will be 3100e.
The second day was the day of the surgery and everything went well. The hospital was very clean and nice and we got soooo much free food, which made us sooooo happy
