So far I love my results, I do have some asymmetrical swelling, with my right side being swollen then the swelling goes up and down depending what I eat, bend down a lot etc, I think thats the most frustrating part that suddenly my nose looks slimmer and then another day it suddenly look wider. My tip is quite swollen still, cant wait to see what my results look like more towards the 6 month mark. Honestly from how my nose looked before it such a change in my opinion, I made the right choice to have my rhinoplasty done with Dr. Enrique.

3 weeks post op
Time goes so fast, I am liking my results especially when my splint came off, once the cast came off Of course my swelling got crazy so I trully miss the nose I originally saw, I wish i would have taken more pictures. But nevertheless here I am at 3 weeks post op and 6 days without a splint, my nose looks soooo different from the side.

Surgery went well
My consult went well, Dr Enrique is very detailed and good with answering questions. He has a pamphlet that goes through most of the questions patients have during a consultation, he really wants you to read it while waiting in the lobby before going in for consult.
Everything was so quick, he went over my labs which I had done back home, all was well, explained what he would do, got my rx for meds which I picked up before surgery, and I checked in the next day at 6:30am at Puerta de Hierro for my surgery.
Im not in the worst pain just uncomfortable, the only thing I wished that Dr. Enriquez staff did different was actually type up the post instructions, they just talk them over which details can obviously be forgotten.
I have a total of 2 post op appts, my first one was the day after surgery which the cleansed my nostrils which made it possible for me to be able to breath again, and my second post op is before going home for suture and cast removal.
Im feeling very nervous about seeing my self without the cast, Will be posting more often as possible.

I’ve had a hard time staying in contact with them. His assistant responded at first through WhatsApp but then stopped responding after I asked for assistance with sending the deposit. How did you do it? Through western union?
