Extremely Dissapointed in the results.
I wouldn't say I like writing negative reviews, but I have reached a point where I feel this review is necessary to save someone else from a botched rhinoplasty. An attempted rhinoplasty with Anil Shah left me with a hanging lip (because he clipped my depressor septi muscle), a saddle nose, a botched hanging columella, and uneven nostrils. Choosing this doctor was one of my biggest regrets in life.
I had wanted a nose job for so long, and when I met Dr. Shah, he acted so friendly and seemed to understand what I wanted my nose to look like. I wanted my tip raised and the end of my nose a bit smaller, and Anil Shah told me that it was possible.
As you can see from the pictures, what I got was a pointy, long, twisted, uneven nose with a droopy columella and flared uneven nostrils—lousy and disappointing results.

Disastrous Outcome.
I had rhinoplasty five years ago with this doctor. All I asked for was for a little tweak and to deprobject my nose. Instead, Anil Shah over projected the tip of my nose, shaved off the root of my nose, nasal bone and nasal septal cartilage. I looked like a cartoon! He also added crushed cartilage in my tip without discussing it with me. I had this huge bulbous rediculous looking nose! Well, I ended up having revision with another doctor from Europe; $30,000 later I'm back to normal but I still have nightmares of my old Shah nose. The doctor I had revision with, was horrified with Shah's work. Anil Shah had released the connection the orbicular muscle resulting in a droopy and very long lip! My lip was so low that you couldn't see my beautiful straight teeth anymore. This is my personal experience and even writting this review is stressing me out. If anyone has any questions please don't hesitate to PM me. Have a blessed day.
