I wonder who performed my surgery???
Please see the last line on my ” Operative Report”. It should read ”I performed the entire procedure”. It states Dr. G was only ”present”. I was never informed someone else may be operating on me. Recently, I was also told by multiple revision specialists that yes, my columella was lifted. The underlined sentence, regarding medial crura, reflects this. I was never told he was going to lift my columella. Shocked!
A New Patient Eval Report
Here are a few pictures of the Eval Report by a very qualified rhinoplasty specialist I saw recently. He corfirmed the diagnosis of a pinched tip, verticalization of the side walls, due to unnecessary osteotomies and shifting in the base of the nasal structure and using (3.4 cm long) spreader grafts. He also confirmed the total removal of the usable septal cartilage during the primary rhinoplasty by Dr. Grigoryants. I didn't consent to these drastic procedures. The goal was to shave off a minor dorsal hump and to deproject the nose very conservatively.
