Very disappointed in rhinoplasty - uneven nostrils & lost all sense of smell

I am very disapointed with my rhinoplasty results, my nostrils are totally uneven and left side is twice the size of the right size; I looked deformed and do not show my fave at all. I do not understand why would any doctor be ok leaving their patients looking like this. Incannot afford second aurgery and other doctors who looked at this were very suprised at what was done. I also lost all sense of smell. Some nurses here were nice but Alison who doea the scheduling is very forgetful and mixes up , cancels appointments and isentities of patients constantly.

We have not been able to identify a patient by this username or these comments to evaluate their before/after images. Dr. Parker does not leave the operating room until everything looks perfect. After surgery, post-surgical inflammation can cause structures (such as nostrils which looked perfect on the OR table) to change. This is one reason why the revision rate among experienced rhinoplasty surgeons is 5-7%. Addressing this concern can be straightforward and we are happy to provide a consult.
