Importantly, we are glad to know that you remain happy with the overall results and the shape of your nose Your rhinoplasty was performed late 2022 Throughout this time, we’ve remained committed to your care, providing multiple face-to-face and online consultations – not only for surgery-related matters but also for unrelated concerns well beyond the standard postoperative period. We would like to note that a significant amount of time and effort was dedicated by our team to address your ongoing concerns, even when they extended outside the scope of your surgical care. Our goal has always been to provide support and reassurance whenever possible. When you reported a skin concern following a cosmetic treatment in October 2024, we advised that it was likely unrelated to your surgery. You later confirmed it had resolved and was connected to that treatment. When the issue was raised again in May 2025, our medical opinion remained consistent. We want to assure you – and all our patients – that aftercare is a top priority for us. We consistently follow up and provide medical guidance, but we also prioritize patients with time-sensitive or surgery-related concerns to ensure the best outcomes for everyone.
