Really Disappointed with Aftercare

Initially, I believed the surgery had gone well, but complications soon arose. Despite my concerns, the surgeon repeatedly said they were too booked to see me for a follow-up. Eventually, they refused to see me altogether, claiming the issue with my nose wasn’t related to the surgery even though I had never experienced this problem before. I have receipts and documentation confirming the procedure was performed by them. I am now in contact with a solicitor regarding potential medical negligence. Getting results is one thing but aftercare is the most important thing I genuinely thought I could trust these guys they were so convincing before surgery.

I reached out to this doctor again but was ignored and then blocked. I currently have a swollen, firm, and red tip. I also consulted a skin specialist to rule out other causes, as the doctor suggested, but that was not the issue. Based on my experience, I would not trust this doctor to provide proper care if complications arise, as this is how patients are treated.

If I am contacted with an appointment, I will gladly remove this review. I don’t mind paying for any additional treatment if needed I just want to be properly seen and cared for.
