Really Bad Experience, Limited Skill, Support and Advice on Offer

very poor service from start to finish, he only offered a quick 5 minute consultation during my first primary surgery which was held at the hospital and I thought it must be because he knows what he is doing but he did not, and gave me a turkish nose even though I did not ask for this and I am not turkish. He wasn't available for post surgery consultation so I left to return to UK without one.
his team cancelled numerous consultations to be held over the phone and showed no empathy or consideration fot my time.
in may 24 i went to istanbul, he delayed the consultation by 3 hours - again no consideration for my time, due to undertaking last minute surgery on a Saturday but refused to offer me Saturday surgery. He confirmed deviation- I couldn't breathe and that my nose needs to be pushed down, I also lost my smell.
I had to return in Sept to get a revision from him which they first said all year was free than charged me £600 for. He cancelled the day before consultation which I really needed to ensure clarity and to make sure I had overnight to think about it. Once again he gave me consultation on the day of surgery at the hospital with no mirror, stimulation, examples of end results and guess what? 2nd time nose is worse than 1st. He REFUSED to answer any of my questions post surgery and took the cones out of my nose so hard that my nose bled and then left the room before checking it. His cousin told me he is a good surgeon but has abrupt approach. Apparently he is famous in turkey but I think this has gave him ego and thinks he can talk to people how he wants. His assistant julia has refused to provide the complaint process so I have now issued a complaint with RTMOH and the hospital, also British tourisim health board and am seeking legal advice. He is a bad and dangerous practitioner who has limited skill, defo not world renowned. No patience or personal skills to become a good doctor. cannot speak English so have to have 2 different translators at each meeting and they don't relay correct information, its all very chaotic and traumatic. my personal opinion is to avoid this dr at all costs, he has many complaints of similar nature which is concerning please check real self and Google, plus the companies response to the complaints is poor where they blame the patient. Stick to UK, where you have rights and laws not third world thinking like Turkey "
