Poor Customer Service

Dr. TAS is great. However the consultants, sales staff, and poor customer service is why I must rate 1 star.
I paid in advance for CO2 laser and ozone therapy on the day of my septoplasty consultation. Despite my request for appointments to receive treatments, no need would assist. I never received the services I paid for and after leaving turkey to come back to the US, where it's impossible for me to now get what I initially paid for, TAS Hospital refuses to refund me.
I do not recommend TAS. You will not feel taken care of nor that the staff has your best interest in mind.

I Made the Right Decision
My cast removal is scheduled tomorrow (horray!!), so I cannot speak to the visual results just yet. I am committed to following instructions so kindly provided, and to taking great care of my new nose. I understand that my final results may not be seen for quite some time.
I have been wanting rhinoplasty for years for aesthetic reasons solely (people's comments & teasing I couldnt shake off). Dr. TAS discovered in consultation that I also had a deviated septum! I can look forward to an improvement in both the functionality and appearance of my nose thanks to him
I want to thank Uma and Amna for helping me through my weak moments (fear, jet lag, anxiety, etc). They responded to my questions and concerns with sincerity and good follow through. I greatly appreciate your helping me through every step of this process.
Thank you to each and every nurse that cared for me during my 1 night stay. I work in healthcare, and found them all to be excellent compared to all the nurses I work with back home. I found the hospital room cozy, peaceful, with decent meals and warm, responsive staff.
Things got off to a rocky start on the first day, as I felt add on services were being prioritized (I understand we all need to make a living), more than my time and desire for simple consultation with Dr. TAS. I was also extremely jet lagged, so my mood could've been more pleasant (please forgive me). This is why I give 4 stars rather than 5. Also, I would've liked a little more reassurance from anesthesiologist prior to the surgery (first time I've ever had surgery).
I'm a realist, and never expect ALL processes to go seamlessly. The team worked very hard to adapt and adjust to my satisfaction.
I researched surgeons for a year prior to making a decision to go with Dr. TAS. I am VERY happy that I chose Dr. Suleyman TAS for my septorhinoplasty, and look forward to seeing his skillful work revealed tomorrow once my cast is removed! Pictures to follow!
Update: removed my cast this morning and I LOVE my new nose!!!! Upping my rating to a 5 now that I have seen the results :) Thank you, Dr. TAS!!
