Rhinoplasty - my nose is severely crooked

I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Milovic in February 2021, I worked in the entertainment industry and wanted to improve my looks. I had hump and bulbous tip on my nose that gave me allot of insecurities, I wanted to keep an ethnic look to my nose so I didn't ask for allot of changes. I had a straight long nose and I didn’t mind the length. After my operation I noticed that my nose had become shorter and my nostrils were shaped differently, he had cut and augmented the shape of one but not the other, I told Dr Milovic that I didn’t like that but I was assured that my nose would drop and my nostrils would eventually look the same. At that time, I still had my nose cast on so I didn’t see the full shape yet. During the first few days I kept on vomiting blood and I contacted Dr Milovic via phone many times to ask him if I should be worried and he assured me everything is ok, and it can happen to some people who have rhinoplasty. On the fifth day post my rhinoplasty I had a major nose bleed and I called Dr Milovic a few times so I could notify him, I went to a local hospital where they took my cast off for better access to my nose and gave me the help I needed to stop the bleeding. After that I noticed that my nose is severely crooked and not straight like my birth nose, I also had a scar where he made the alar base reduction and a dent in my columella, when I spoke to Dr Milovic he expressed that it was due to the way the doctors at the hospital tried to stop the bleeding, I believed him initially, however when I spoke to other surgeons for their opinions some rebutted his argument and said that I would’ve looked like this on the operating table. I asked Dr Milovic to give me a copy of my surgery report because I was planning to approach other surgeons for revision but he refused to give me a copy sighting that it’s against his office practise to give operation report to patients. I've had to go through one of the most traumatic experienced in my life while I'm in my twenties, and have been researching the best surgeons in the world to help me get my nose and life back together. I can no longer go back to working in the entertainment industry and I have to change my career.
