Best Decision of my Life - Thank You Duncan!

I am nearly 4 months post-op from my septorhinoplasty with Duncan, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From our very first consultation, I felt a calming presence from Duncan. There was no over-promising - Duncan was direct and realistic with what could be achieved - but the results have surpassed my expectations.

When I first met with Duncan in June 2025, I had a ton of filler in my nose to hide my dorsal hump. Duncan was still able to give me a realistic image of what my nose would look like, and discussed exactly what he expected to achieve from the procedure. I had my filler dissolved in October 2025 and we had a second consultation prior to my scheduled surgery in November 2025. It was during this consultation that Duncan was able to see my natural nose and provide a more accurate image of what I should expect post-surgery.

The surgery went smoothly, and my post-op healing even smoother - I am certain that Duncan's techniques had a lot to do with this! I was very strict with taping every single night and most days during the first 2 months of my recovery. When I met with Duncan to review my results in January 2025, he said that it looked like I was 6 months post-op instead of 3 months, and we strongly agreed that my consistent taping helped with this. To this day, I am still taping my nose every other evening.

My nose is still healing but I am already over the moon with my results. I can hands down say that this was one of the best decisions of my life. Thank you Duncan for always explaining things clearly and taking the time to answer my questions.
