I genuinely didn't know, that I was supposed to get this much air through my nostrils.

This will be an in depth review to 1. help all the girls out there who are indecisive about getting a nose job and which doctor to choose 2. to share my appreciation for the doctor and the whole team. My personal journey on wanting a nose job started very young, I had breathing issues and I had the assumption that my nose was broken but no ENT in the country I live in ever confirmed (important information for later), if anything they all blamed it on an allergy. Besides those breathing difficulties, my nose was also crooked and due to this "aesthetic issue" I struggled with my confidence a lot but at the same time i loved my natural nose and it fit my face perfectly so I was in a never ending internal war/spiral between getting the job done or not for almost 10 years and just tried to accept myself the way I was. I had multiple consultations with several doctors where in the end I canceled it, just because it didn't feel right or their simulations looked very far from what I naturally looked like or simply just because I wasn't ready to take this step. In the end, when I turned 25 i came to the conclusion that me doing it, was an act of self love rather than denying myself and living in constant war. It was a hard decision and I did so much research on different ENTs and aesthetic surgeons from around ALL the world (USA, UK, Germany, Turkey, even Brazil and Mexico) for a very long time, that was until I found Dr. Muhammet Dilber and I immediately knew, this is who I want to trust with my nose/face. I looked for someone who didn't miss one before/after picture, where regardless of how beautiful someone looked like before, they always ended up looking better after. Someone who is an actual ENT and someone who puts value into every nose fitting every persons face individually. So I reached out to him and got in contact with his beautiful and lovely assistant Hulya! She informed me about everything, she always took her time to reply to me and keep me updated and I could've asked her anything at any time. The energy was very welcoming from the very beginning! Once the appointment for the consultation was made, we were still in contact from time to time and she regularly checked on me. 2 days before the actual surgery I went to the doctors office for the consultation and finally was able to meet everyone in person. The energy was just pure, genuine, funny and peaceful and I consider the whole team as my friends now! They always offered something to drink and I also observed them sitting down with patients who were nervous or similar and took the time to talk to them and so on. After I shared all my information, pictures were taken from every angle, and then was the time to meet Dr. Muhammet Dilber. He had such a genuine energy, I felt comfortable from the first step I took into his office but once I was able to speak with the doctor I was even more sure about him being the best decision possible for me. His simulation for my nose looked perfect!!! And I'm not exaggerating. He didn't even need me to tell him what I wanted, he already knew before and the crazy thing is the way he simulated my nose, was also the way I always edited my nose! He really has an eye for aesthetic and for what fits everyone persons individual face. He just needed one look at/ in my nose to see that my nose was already broken before, he told me that I'm probably not even aware of how bad I was breathing and they were right. They also informed me about possible risks, what is possible and what is not and that there is a 20% chance about my nose getting a little of the crookedness back. That was fine with me. Even the most perfect nose is not perfect. I left the consultation happy and energized and most importantly confident about my decision. The whole atmosphere is calm and you can tell that the whole team created a wonderful work environment for themselves. After that I had another appointment at the hospital to test my blood and ask questions about the upcoming anesthesia. On the day of the surgery I got to a room to get ready and after a while they came to get my belongings, so they would be safe in the room once I wake up. The nurses were all super nice and I felt super comfortable, I even fell asleep before the surgery because it took a little while but it actually gave me a good feeling about the doctor taking his time with all of his patients. After I got woken up by the doctor they brought me to the anesthesia room and another before pictures got taken before I was put under anesthesia. After I woke up from the surgery, the doctor and everyone was in the room and we laughed and they told me everything went well. I felt enormous pressure but no pain at all. They showed me my nose and I actually began to cry because it is perfect!!! My stay in the hospital was great, all the nurses were so lovely and I felt taken care of very well. No matter what I needed at any point they were there and I am so grateful for them! The next day I got discharged from the hospital and all I did was sleeping and putting ice on the bruising. The second day after surgery I personally was able to go for walks again although the bruising was the worst on that day. After the third day my bruising slowly started to come down and is still in the process of doing so. On day 7 when the cast was removed my nose was soooo swollen I looked like a dinosaur so don't expect your nose to look like this tiny beautiful thing it will evolve to be There are girls who have no issues with swelling and bruising but it's different for everyone and I can say I'm definetly not one of them lol. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY I WAS ABLE TO BREATHE. I genuinely didn't know, that I was supposed to get this much air through my nostrils because for me it was just normal to barely get air through my nose. I stopped snoring that night and I can't wait to go for runs again in a few months! The next day I was able to see the doctor again and the swelling also went down a little more before taping it again. I'm so grateful for Dr. Dilber, Kübra, Hulya, Afrq, Nur and Ecem and their warm energy, care and precision. And I can't wait to see all of them again!!! If you're looking for a competent surgeon who takes his time, aims for perfection but is still realistic and works with precision and care with a team who is warm and kind and actually cares about you, Dr. Dilber is the right surgeon for you and I would choose him and his work over and over again!
