So Far So Good

WORTH IT
I had rhinoplasty with Mr Alwyn D’Souza just over a month ago and so far my results are looking good. Due to having thick skin my healing process will take longer. Mr D’Souza was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions prior to the surgery. He is an expert in his field and I highly recommend him to anyone wishing to have rhinoplasty

I’m so glad you had a great experience and healing well! I have to say, I had a terrible revision with him recently - one year post op now and it’s not improved, just “settled” down. But looks very operated on and several noticeable issues -
Pretty much from the start
Hey my healing is very slow due to the thick skin, but so far it’s not too bad. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect but better than what it was. I was told I need 18months to see the final result, so I’m waiting to see how it looks when it fully heals. The only concern I have is my nostrils are not symmetrical but this can be due to swelling. I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience. That’s such a shame as he seems to have a lot of experience.
I hope your healing has gone well. I was left with a really sharp columella and excess nostril show, over rotated tip and a short nose. It was scary. Drastic changes that went against what we had discussed
From the front it looked like like Michael Jackson
From the side it was like my nose was chopped off
