Made my nose miraculously straight - it looks and feels natural

Had rhinoplasty and septoplasty with Dr Sands, and the entire process went extremely well. My understanding is that my case was fairly complicated given the extreme crookedness of my nose, but Dr Sands did a phenomenal job, making my nose miraculously straight with changes that look and feel extremely natural. I have already been seeing meaningful breathing improvements as well. Aside from the amazing job he did during surgery, Dr Sands also was extremely thoughtful, personable and caring as a doctor - these traits were extremely helpful when going through a procedure like this one. I am very thankful.
