Nose is More Crooked Than Before

I was told my nose couldn't be made perfect, but it could be improved. That seemed logical to me. Andres was very nice and friendly so I chose him based on his credentials, reviews & friendliness. I deeply regret it. My nose looks significantly worse than before. The issues I wanted addressed were worsened and my confidence really took a blow. I professionally modeled before and have stopped since because I can't take photos at any angle that don't show obvious imperfections. I went back a year later to remove the bump on my bridge, hoping that would help. Barely anything was removed whatsoever and again my nose worsened. I kept hoping my tip would look good, that it was just swelling. I'm at the two year mark and do not have thick skin, this is my final nose. I was told by Andres that my nose is still deviated because my cheeks were uneven. When I told a skilled revision surgeon this, he laughed and said, "That may be why your nose grew that way, but that's definitely NOT why it couldnt be straighted." I'm going to get a revision in April with a different surgeon that specializes in cases like mine. There are noticeable structural issues that are getting worse over time. I'm writing this not to slander, he was a very nice guy, but he was in no way skilled to handle my case. I'm very unhappy and sad to need surgery again, and will this time need cartilage graphs because my cartilage is so messed up.
