Left me with a long, severely crooked, disfigured nose

Avoid Dr Pearlman at all costs. Dr Pearlman destroyed my nose. It took two additional surgeries to try to correct the damage he caused and +$80k. Dr Pearlman left me with a long, severely crooked, disfigured nose. As you can see from my before pictures I had a normal nose prior to Dr. Pearlman butchering it, just wanted some minor tweaking and to improve my breathing. Not just was a left with a deformed appearance, my breathing was worse as well.
