Consultation review: red flags - decided against going with him

There is nothing for me to review about his surgery since I decided against going with him but my expierence was full of glaring red flags. Firstly when I emailed asking for a consultation but specified that I wasn't looking for surgery in the near future (they ask you have surgery within 2 weeks of your consultation) I didn't get a reply so I followed up without mentioning that and was replied too almost immediately, then I waited a couple weeks for a copy of the form i signed to me forwarded to me (it still hasn't been) before emailing asking for it and saying I would not be going forward with Mr Frati and that took them a good few weeks to reply too, telling me it will take some time to do. I don't know why since they said they'd do it on the day and emailed that night asking me for money. Secondly they also refused to let my carer come in with me due to covid but had us in a waiting room with about 15 people, none of their staff wearing masks and no restrictions in place, we believe this was just them trying to manipulate a disabled individual without counsel but I went in alone anyway to see what he'd say and it wasn't much. He ignored my concerns and told me what he wanted to do, which was the complete opposite of what I said I wanted. Didn't seem to understand my wants as I think he's a one size fits all surgeon and if you go agaisnt that he can't do it. Third red flag which may be my inexperience with plastic surgeons was the email asking me to bring cash to pay the anesthesiologist? Cash? To a hospital? You'd think that would be included in the surgery fee and he'd pay his staff himself. What do you do if you forget? They just perform surgery on you awake? Insanity in my opinion
