Be VERY CAREFUL with this doctor!!! I just got SCAMMED for 1000$ I sent them CC authorization I did not sign any contract there is nothing mentioned on the CC authorization... they send u separate email when they say it is not refundable I cancel the charge 6hrs later (Friday night)... this is so WRONG and unethical! I am okay with loosing 100$ for the virtual consultation but I am not gonna give up 1000$ SORRY!

You should report him to the local Medical Association. Also the local better business bureau. Also to the local TV stations. They might be interested in your story.
We are very disappointed to read that you feel "scammed" after we your several virtual consultations with Dr. Tsai and myself, after prompt responses to your multiple emails and video questions, after thorough pre-operative planning and paperwork sent, after lab work ordered, and your surgery scheduled for 2 weeks from the date of your non-refundable deposit (as noted on the quote). We understand that you might be frustrated, but if you could please, to reiterate, as we already responded to your yelp and google review, send us a private message, so we may be able to assist you.
