More confident than ever before! My breathing is 10x better

I consulted with about 10 surgeons before meeting with Dr. Schmidt and immediately knew he was the one after stepping one foot in his office. To start, everyone in the office was genuinely friendly. Dr. Schmidt has a youthful but confident energy to him. He listened to all my concerns, desires and kept reiterating that we were only going to bring my nose into better balance/harmony with my face. Other surgeons made me feel like there was something wrong with my nose, that it was ugly and had to be fixed. Dr. Schmidt made me feel beautiful as I was. He was compassionate and kind. I think this was my deciding factor— his energy.

The whole process of pre-op, surgery and post-op was so smooth. Much easier than I imagined. And Dr. Schmidt was there every step of the way. He even met with me for a video call while he was abroad on vacation!

I’ve wanted a nose job since I was 9 years old— I got the surgery at 29. Over the years, I did a lot of self love and body image work (highly recommend exploring this if you want plastic surgery) and while I wasn’t obsessed with my nose, I could live with it. I still loved myself. Then, I found out that I had a severely deviated septum. Knowing that a deviated septum could be impacting my health, I wanted to get that fixed. Since I was already going under— I thought why not? Let’s do the cosmetic portion as well. I’m so happy I did! I have a whole new level of confidence I didn’t know was possible! My breathing is 10x better (I didn’t realize how hard it was to take a truly deep breath before!) I feel like my new nose is ME. It fits my face. It looks so natural, family and friends who don’t see me on a regular basis haven’t even noticed. Dr. Schmidt gets a 11/10 review from me— and I’m so grateful for his work!
