3 year update
3 years post op, still very unhappy with my results. Surgeon did not listen to my needs and left me with so many issues including breathing problems. I have a collapse on one side of my nose as well as a graft that pokes out of my nose and is painful. Finally, I need to have a lot of callous removed from around my nose. Also, the dr puts you to sleep before he even enters the surgery room and I've been in contact with girls that swear he's not the actual person performing the surgeries so the whole experience has just not been pleasant.

Uncaring, unprofessional and greedy
Please stay away from Dr. Emre ?lhan. He charges high prices for terrible(not even mediocre) results. I get messages on here and on Instagram almost on a daily from girls who are too afraid to speak up. They have come to terms that their noses will always be botched all thanks to dr Emre and are too afraid to go under the knife again. Many wish they never did the surgery to begin with. This is ridiculous and so sad honestly. I will be looking at legal options now to prevent this from happening to more people.

Identical surgical reports
Sadly but also fortunately for me, I have been able to get to know many girls who’s noses have been BOTCHED by Dr. Emre. And I’m not talking slight crooked, I’m talking deformities that need complex revision. One thing we just came across and noticed was that the doctor sent us all the same surgical reports (word for word) that was copied OFF OF GOOGLE. I don’t know how dumb this dr thinks we are.. I’m devastated to have trusted someone so much and for them to do this to me.

As far as I know, Emre does not refuse to remodel his work for mrimanimye money. Usually, other surgeons limit their work reluctantly and for a lot of money. With regard to this issue: the girls who write to you and are dissatisfied with his work, do not want to alter or the doctor refuses them and does not admit their mistakes?
How can you trust someone who can’t do a simple nose job right to go around and fix a complicated revision? I made a mistake and trusted him once I’ll make sure I don’t do it again.
I did a second op to remodel my nose but it didnt work. I have two different sides now.. a tick and a small side.. It went wrong for the second time. I am waiting now for 6 months for my report. But i read now that this report has no value because its copied from google.. I could have known. Sorry for my bad english, i live in Holland. Gr. Ann
did you have your second nose job with dr Emre Ilhan? I was looking at him for a revision
