Dr. Ciardullo is an extremely skilled plastic surgeon. Every other doctor I went to told me for the result I wanted I would need an open rhinoplasty, but Dr. C assured me that it could be performed closed. He really listened to me and gave me the natural result I desired. The recovery was not terrible - I did not touch any of the pain pills and only needed Tylenol for the first 2 days. Also all of my bruising was gone by the time the cast came off. I love my new nose already and can't wait to love it even more as the residual swelling subsides.
