Since 2017, I have wanted to undergo a rhinoplasty and I was doing alot of research at the time. I found Dr. Yoo and knew he was the surgeon for me. However, I wasn't quite ready at that time for personal reasons.
Fast forward to 2021, I finally felt ready and pulled the trigger. My consultation with Dr. Yoo was wonderful. He was informative, thorough, kind, understanding, and had the best bedside manner. I felt comfortable sharing with him my preferences and my concerns. Coming from healthcare myself, I asked alot of questions and Dr. Yoo never hesitated to answer them patiently. His whole staff were warm and welcoming and always made sure I left with a smile.
On surgery day, I was extremely nervous and had anxiety, but Dr. Yoo and his team were there to reassure me and that meant the world to me. Everything went smoothly and I stayed in LA during the post-operative process. Dr. Yoo and his team were readily available to answer questions or concerns I had during the recovery period and followed up with me in a timely manner.
Now, I am 1 year healed and couldn't be happier. I went through with a rhinoplasty and also a chin augmentation with submental liposuction- as recommended in addition to the rhino per Dr. Yoo. My face is now well-balanced and I feel so much more confident and prettier. I have never in my life felt more beautiful. I feel so blessed to have met Dr. Yoo and to have been his patient. He is truly an amazing surgeon that is not only skilled in his craft, but also talented in building rapport with his patients. Thank you over and over again, Dr. Yoo! )
