Be Careful, Get Lots of Clarification

I told Dr sabbagh that my bulbous tip was my concern for my nose. He then gave very vague answers about how he would shape my nose. I felt like something was off, but I went because of a referral and decided to go through with it. I was never very unhappy with my nose before, I just wanted some mild adjustments and dr sabbagh completely changed my nose. I had a straight bridge which he then scooped and now I also have a droopy tip and a bulbous tip. Please be careful when going to him and ask him to be very clear because he has been nothing but vague with me
