The bump is gone and he made my tip less boxy

I went through an open rhinoplasty in January, 2021, and the 2nd photo was taken right after the cast was removed. The swelling has gone down a little since then and I can't express how grateful I am for the result I see in the mirror every day now :) I had deviated septum and overprojected nose with a bump. The deviation is still there, it was adjust very slightly, but the bump is gone and he also made my tip less boxy. I was told by other doctors that deviation will not go away completely, so I am okay with that. Love the results! It looks the same as on the edited photo I was given after my initial consultation.
