Underwhelming & no aftercare, nostrils have weird shape & bump on nose bridge

Completely Underwhelming. No Aftercare Whatsoever.
This whole experience has been completely underwhelming. I saved up for a very long time for my rhinoplasty and have been left extremely disappointed. Dr Bora is more expensive than many Turkish surgeons but I thought it would be worth it.
I would’ve happily stayed in my home country regardless of the price but they don’t have many surgeons that do ethnic rhinoplasty.
I asked for a drastic change which he advertised on he could do on his page. Dr Bora himself is nice and welcoming but we aren’t paying for kindness we are paying for results. Throughout the whole process there was no issue raised at all which would suggest he couldn’t do this for me so I was happy to continue. I have a bulbous tip and this was a huge concern for me.
Unfortunately he gave me the most subtle nose job, despite me wanting a very drastic change and him seeming to understand this. He agreed he could do it, otherwise I would’ve happily gone to another doctor. Also, my nostrils have a very weird shape, one is bigger than the other and they are square/diamond shaped. In addition, I have a bump on my nose bridge that I have never had before. I thought it could just be the swelling but the bump is not swelling at all. My nose Bridge was never even a concern for me pre-op , it was my tip, and now it’s both my nose and tip that I dislike. I wanted a narrower nose and a much smaller tip. I was so upset to see the results which only exaggerated my old nose. I can’t afford a revision unfortunately and I don’t even trust a surgeon with my face anymore anyway.
There has been 0 communication from his clinical coordinator after the surgery despite being told there would be. I haven’t been contacted ONCE. it’s horrible. It’s like once they’ve gotten your payment and your procedure is done they are no longer concerned.
