The bridge was too low and the tip leaned to the right

Had typical middle eastern nose. Told him since I was a male I didn’t want an overdone reduction of the bridge. Instead he took off a little too much which accentuated the rest of nose. I felt like the cartilage was loosened from the bone and he said I didn’t need a septoplasty but after taking off the bridge it became really obvious that the nose was off to one side. From a 45 degree angle it looked as if there was still a bump and crooked nose because the bridge was too low and the tip leaned to the right.
