How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

I had my rhinoplasty when I was 21, there was not really much on the internet back then about reviews or who to go to.
I went to him because he was local.
My original nose had a hump and was bulbous. He told me he could fix the hump and reduce the bulbous tip.
I had the surgery and the next day the nurse came to take the packing out. I felt a crunch inside my nose and said to her that it really hurt but hopefully it will be worth it. She replied and said to me that she hopes so because I will be stuck with it for the rest of my life, which was such a horrible thing to say.
I had my cast off a week later and almost cried. It was huge and my nose now leans to the left, the tip hangs down on one side. I said to him this is not what I wanted, I asked for the tip to be reduced and he told me you can't reduce the tip of a nose because it is spongy material, not true and not what he told me at the consultation.
I now can't breathe through my nose. If I try then my right nostril collapses, the left one doesn't even work. The nose is way over to the left of my face and looks ridiculous and the tip is now a bulbous hard lump of scar tissue. I hate my nose more now than I did before but at the time I was really young and bullied a lot for the way it looked so was desperate to have it done. I was naive and though all plastic surgeons would do a good job. I was wrong.
